AECOM is seeking a Traffic Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to join our team in Middleton, Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience related to traffic engineering, transportation planning, and infrastructure design.Internships are designed to introduce and build essential skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional. Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze traffic data and roadway characteristics using computer software tools under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Conduct fieldwork such as traffic counts and site visits.Prepare technical reports, presentations, maps, websites, or other documentation to support findings and decision-making.Work collaboratively with other interns and engineers within the roadway, transit, structures, water, and environmental groups within our office.
