The Woods, a warm and welcoming family-owned senior living community, is looking for a reliable, caring, and service-minded Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! If you take pride in your work, love helping others, and enjoy keeping buildings and grounds in top shape, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain building systems (furnaces, lighting, sump pumps, A/C units & more)
Care for lawns & landscaping (spring–fall)
Keep sidewalks/parking areas safe in winter (shoveling & salting)
Document tasks & maintain equipment
Assist with room transitions, projects & special events
Support skilled trades and communicate with management
Respond to emergencies as needed
We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
Knowledge of lawn/snow equipment & basic tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Lives near The Woods
A problem solver with solid maintenance experience
