Property Management Company is looking for a Property Manager/Assistant
You would be responsible for and not limited to:
Marketing and leasing of single-family homes, condos and a mix of small multi-family residential apartments.
Daily communications with residents, vendors and our clients in handling their needs.
Rent-ready coordination and supervision.
Property maintenance & capital improvement coordination.
Moving in/out of residents.
Bill payables/receivables
Property and unit inspections.
Assist owner/broker in the overall operations as needed.
Please have at a minimum of 8 years of professional property management experience, and preferably with multi-sites properties.
Abilities Needed:
High-level of accuracy and attention to detail & proficient organizational skills
Able to prioritize, manage, and achieve results.
High-level of customer service.
Strong/professional verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to work with vendors, clients, and residents in a highly professional manner.
Understanding of landlord tenant laws.
Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work and easily navigate within a property management accounting platform. AppFolio experienced helpful.
