Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Marina District / Cow Hollow (on-site)
Schedule: Flexible, approx. 15-20 hours per week

Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Verify accuracy of billing and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office & Appfolio a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills
