Full-time & part-time Sandwich Line Cooks
Located downtown near Tropisueño (Yerba Buena Lane, SF)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prep and portion proteins, produce, and sauces daily
Assemble sandwiches and salads to spec during service
Maintain a clean, organized station and follow health code standards
Communicate clearly and work efficiently in a fast-moving kitchen
Contribute ideas and pride; we’re a team of pros who care about food
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous line or prep experience in a fast-casual or full-service kitchen
Knife skills and understanding of basic cooking methods
Dependable, punctual, and able to handle volume with composure
Current Food Handler Card (or willingness to get one)
