Jo’s Modern Thai is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in Oakland. We serve bold Thai flavors and warm hospitality in a busy dining room.
The Role
This is not a typical server job. Our servers are cross trained to:
Serve guests with energy and warmth
Run and buss your own tables
Run drinks and support the bar
Help with hosting and guest flow
Build real relationships with locals and regulars
Must Haves:
Passion for Thai food and culture
One to two years of restaurant experience
Strong hospitality mindset
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Team player who jumps in where needed
