$24/hr – $29/hr depending on experience, plus benefits

Save Energy Company is an established and growing company seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role helps the team stay productive by managing administrative tasks efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for calls and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Gather, verify and update client contact information in CRM to ensure accuracy.
- Receive and accurately process payments by check, credit card and electronic methods
- Prepare, edit, and organize digital and hard copy documents and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Organize office workflow, prioritize tasks, and handle correspondence efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Team-oriented, professional, and respectful.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs.
- Knowledge on obtaining building permits preferred (not required)

Schedule
MON - FRI 8:30AM to 5PM OR 8AM to 4:30PM with ½ hour lunch although flexible as long as work being completed
Once a month company meeting at 7AM (on these days office hours will be 7AM - 3:30PM)
Requirements
- 2 years small office experience.
- Excellent computer skills – proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, or willing to learn
- Verifiable references
Compensation
$24hr – $29/hr depending on experience.
