We are a well-established, busy, pediatric therapy clinic seeking p/t office manager and assistant manager. Although a fun environment, we need someone who is professional, personable and an effective communicator with clients, parents, doctors and insurance companies. This position requires experience with insurance billing, handling referrals, being a liaison between physicians, insurance, biller, & clients.
One must have an appreciation and tolerance for children.
It is necessary to have good organizational skills, work independently, become comfortable with medical codes, and be open to learning new systems. Excellent computer skills and efficient time management are a must. Bilingual is another plus.
