The Day Program Coordinator supports individuals through a variety of services, including recreation, education/vocational programs, program services, and health and safety initiatives. This role works closely with the Program Director to ensure consistency in care, quality programming, and strong communication among team members.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with the coordination of daily operationsSupporting the health and safety of individuals servedEnsuring community engagement and meaningful participationCreating daily pick-up/drop-off schedules and monthly activity calendarsFilling in for absent staff or vacant positions as neededPerforming administrative tasks as assigned
