Looking for Handyman, Remodeler, Builder

I have owned my owned my own business since 2003.I'm licensed for BLD ELE and masonry work. Most of the work is done by me and a couple of helpers and subcontractors when they are needed. I am getting older and just can't work like I use to but still have plenty of customers and jobs. I'm looking for some skilled guys to pick up some of the work if not all of it. It would be good to find a guy who is skilled at remodeling and deck and porch work and could call on others when they need more help. As of now I have a few jobs coming up.1. kitchen island work, paint cabinets, and walls, install vinyl plank flooring, install tile backsplash, reinstall sink and garbage disposal after new countertop. Minor electrical work. (2) Bathroom remodel (semi custom) and deck at same house. (3)8' x 24' 2nd story deck rebuild with new wood , post and beams will remain but need to be jacked up level. (4) remove existing ceiling under deck and install zip up ceiling with 2 ceiling fans. (5) finish drywall in large garage, paint walls and put finishing on floor. (6) 24' x 24 ' pavilion with shingle roof built on existing concrete slab. I'm working on other estimates and calls come in all the time. I'm looking for people who do quality work, have reliable truck/van and tools, understands English, I can speak Spanish but I need to explain thing in detail in EnglI',m not a large business with designers and salesman so my pricing is reasonable so the pay for project will be reasonable. I'm looking to build a good relationship with some workers and friendship as well. No urging and fighting walking off jobs
