Oise Ristorante is a chef-driven restaurant in downtown Fort Myers known for creative Italian-Japanese cuisine and an elevated cocktail program. We’re looking for experienced, personable bartenders who love great drinks, fast-paced service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
Bartenders at Oise are hands-on and guest-focused — crafting cocktails, maintaining an organized and clean bar, and engaging with guests throughout service. You’ll work closely with the floor team to keep things moving smoothly while delivering consistent drinks and great hospitality. Knowledge of classic cocktails, a willingness to learn our house menu, and attention to detail are key.
