Vegetate is a new, plant-based, 5 star restaurant in Wailua and we are hiring front and back of house team player(s). Responsibilities include:
FRONT
greet guests & familiarize them with our self-serve ordering system
fulfill drink and dessert orders for in house guests & take out/delivery orders
serve food & beverage to in house customers
buss tables
Prepare drink recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth service, communicating effectively during peak times.
Provide assistance to other team members when needed and help promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Assist with inventory management, minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
BACK
Prepare recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
Cook menu items efficiently on the line during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

Qualifications:
You are a morning person and available on the weekends & most holidays
Desire to be a part of a new and exciting business that supports healthy food options and food sovereignty
Previous front of house experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
Strong work ethic and passion for the culinary & beverage arts.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Hours: 7:30-3, 11-3 will be opening for dinner SOON 5-8pm
