Small General Contractor looking for an all around construction person to assist our operations with:
- onboarding new hire into Quick Books payroll/direct deposit, timesheet app, assisting Accountant with bookkeeping including expenses, bank feeds, and job costing, communication of project statuses, helping Customer and coordinating finish selections, and other duties as assigned.
This is a part time position but has the potential to become full-time. This is also a virtual position, work from home. We will need you to attend virtual meetings to discuss assignments and progress. This position will require some driving for errands, pickup up of small materials (seldom), and coordinating finish selections with Customers, and Vendor visits (i.e. cabinets, flooring, etc.).
Construction experience required, someone with a good attitude, a self starter with the ability to get things done, and a positive outlook who is willing to grow with us.
