Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Handle scheduling, appointments, and client inquiries.

Maintain and organize front desk and office areas.

Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Support the team with additional clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
