The essential duties and responsibilities of the porter are the following:
The daily cleaning of the lobby and all public areas, including the sidewalk. The handling and removal to the street of building trash and recycled items. Daily inspection of the entire building including mechanical rooms; management of the schedules and checklists for maintenance.
Having basic handyman skills is a plus.
