The ideal candidate will serve as the company’s representative and on-site quality ambassador, ensuring that each project reflects our standards of excellence and commitment to client satisfaction.
This individual will act as the eyes and voice of the company on every project, taking ownership of results, upholding our values, and maintaining a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in management or supervisory roles
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Based in New Jersey
