Day shift and Night Shift available
Must have experience in Towbook software
Must have great customer service skills
Capable of handling high call volume
Effective and Pleasant Communication Skills with customers, drivers and providers
Take inbound and outbound calls
Handle pressure
Knowledge of the map
Effectively calculate ETA's and relay information to customers, drivers and providers
Keep track of records and maintain them.
References required, background check required
Weekly pay PLUS ability to EARN EXTRA with Commissions
