Need Urgent Maintenance Personnel for property (Plumbing & Electrical Skills are MUST!)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining residential properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction by responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Plumbing and Electrical services
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, faucet/toilet repairs)
Handle basic electrical repairs (lighting, switches, outlets, etc.)
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of property interiors and common areas
Mow lawns, maintain landscaping, and handle seasonal outdoor maintenance
Repair drywall, paint, patch, and complete minor cosmetic improvements
Respond to tenant maintenance complaints in a timely and respectful manner
Document maintenance tasks and report larger issues when professional contractors are needed
Ensure all properties are maintained in good working condition
Help with general property management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance or similar roles
Working knowledge of general maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently
Strong communication and time-management skills
Must be dependable, organized, and courteous with tenants
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Tools and equipment preferred but not required
Payments - 20 per hour work every day 5-6 hours atleast
