Front Counter Service Advisor / Administrative Assistant

Are you someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment? Our family-owned and operated automotive repair facility is looking for a dependable, energetic individual to be the face of our front counter.
We’re searching for someone with strong customer service skills, great initiative, and a positive attitude to help keep our shop running smoothly.
Your Role Will Include:
Greeting customers and providing exceptional service both in person and over the phone
Scheduling appointments and coordinating vehicle shuttles
Checking customers in and out at the front cover explaining invoice of repairs and service
Performing service writer duties for all minor maintenance service orders
Performing parts runs, handling parts returns, and maintaining inventory control
Assisting with our marketing efforts and managing eBay parts sales
Keeping our office, waiting area, and staff spaces clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, upbeat personality and strong communication skills
A reliable self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professionalism and attention to detail
A proven work ethic and team spirit
