All American Fence Repair is looking for a dependable and hardworking Fence Helper to assist with fence installation, repairs, and related construction work. You’ll work closely with our lead Supervisor to complete residential and commercial fence projects on time and with quality workmanship.

Requirements
Must have reliable transportation to job sites
Must be punctual and dependable
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Basic knowledge of tools, construction, or fencing preferred (not required)
Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn

Assisting with loading/unloading materials
Site cleanup and tool organization
Supporting the lead installer with daily tasks
