Everett Bayside Marine is looking for a part time detail-oriented, organized Finance & Administrative Assistant to support our CFO with daily operational and administrative tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and enjoys working with numbers.
o Closing till/morning batches - reconcile credit cards, collect cash, collect checks
o Prepare payroll templates
o Gather and reconcile accounts payable
o Accounts receivable
o Minor cleaning
o Office supply inventory and orders
o Customer service
o Prepare simple spreadsheets
o Communicate with vendors and customers
o Onboard new employees
o Some social media
o Gather accounting reports
Qualifications:
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
o Basic proficiency with Excel/Word
o Comfortable learning accounting software
o Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
o No finance experience required—training provided
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-2pm
Pay Rate:
$23.00/hour
