Division Street Dental is looking for an additional front office team member!
About the position:
- Is the ‘face of the office’. Greets patients, answers phone calls and texts into the office.
- Creates and maintains full double column doctor schedule and two columns of hygiene
- Schedule patients’ next visit for hygiene and/or restorative.
- Collect payments, Deliver and explain treatment plan estimates,
- Smoothly discuss out of network office status, relaying what this means and the value of going to an out of network dentist.
- Confirm appointments
- Request records, send referrals, distributes and processes patient record forms,
- Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:30, lunch 1-2

- Lots of older patients (ages 60-90). Very appreciative, respectful, and have been with our practice long term; many for 20+ years
Desired characteristics in applicant:
- 1 year minimum experience in dental office
- Personable, radiates positivity and warmth, honest, works well in a team environment
- Excellent at multi-tasking and efficiency
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Can think on their feet and problem solve well
- Knowledge of Dentrix
- Computer Savy
