We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team for a new wig manufacturer for all sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients to determine their needs, answer their questions and driving sales through effective communication and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available option
Cross sell products
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Prepare Marketing emails, creating and executing promotional campaigns, both online and offline
Utilizing social media platforms: Building brand awareness and engaging with potential customers online.
Implementing sales and marketing plans
Build Customer base, managing customer relationships
Closing Sales: converting leads into sales
Collaborating with other teams: Working with design, content, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Requirements
Organizational and time management skills: The ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Basic Math skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Full time Monday to Friday
High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
Proficiency in Word, Excel
Driver license
Demonstrated phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
